There is power in a touch

SUNDAY IS COMING
We take a break from our regular meeting together as just kids over the summer. The kids will join the adults for our sung worship and snack (coffee break) and then, adult supervision allowing, they’ll go out to play - one group for the little kids - up to age 3 and another for the older kids - age 3-10.

The summer doesn’t mean we take a faith break, in fact, you might even have more time to do things than you do in the regular school year, so, here’s a story and an idea for this week.

TO READ TOGETHER
Mark 5:25-34
There is power in a touch. When the lady reaches out and touches Jesus something remarkable happens. Read her story and see.

TO DO TOGETHER
Give children paper to trace their hands onto. Colour the hands (unless they are coloured paper already). Cut them out. Arrange in a wreath shape and stick or staple them together. Add a banner strip to the wreath that says, ‘Reach out to Jesus’

JULY & AUGUST
I am looking for volunteers to hang out with the children during the sermons through the summer. If you can fill one of these gaps to play with the little kids (up to age 3) or the bigger kids (ages 3&up) please talk to Sarah or message in some way... (for the safety of your kids we need at least two adults/teens per group - thanks for your help!)
