Who is the greatest?

SUNDAY IS COMING
It’s so wonderful to be back in our regular pattern of kids on Sunday.
Children ages 3-10 will be signed in from 9:45am at the open space on the way to their rooms - look for Sarah.

THIS WEEK:
We have one space for someone to join the ages 3&4 group and two people to join the babes&tots group - let me know if you can come and hang out with us :) Thanks!

BABES&TOTS We need 6 more people to serve one time a month in babes&tots. This is a heads up - we will not be able to have babes&tots on Sep 30 or Oct 7 unless we can fill some more of these spaces.

TO READ TOGETHER
Mark 9:30-37
In Bible times, children were seen as property, not people. They didn’t have rights like they have now. Jesus turns everything upside down when He uses a child as an example of greatness.

TO LEARN TOGETHER
“If anyone wants to be the most important, then he must be last of all and servant of all.” Mark 9:35

SO I’M WONDERING…
QUESTIONS TO ASK YOUR KIDS (AND YOURSELF)
What are some ways our family serves others?=

TO PRAY TOGETHER
Thanks, God, for the gift of love and being able to serve each other. Help us to become truly great as we serve those around us. In Jesus’ name we pray. AMEN.

TO DO TOGETHER
Brainstorm ways you can serve people in your neighbourhood. Think of service projects, meals, or cleaning that you can do for them. After you’ve come up with a list of things, pick one, and go out and do it!

KEEP YOUR EARS OPEN
Whenever you hear the word “great,” crouch down low and remember that small people can do great things!
