THIS SUNDAY
We are in person - kids will meet in the foyer area outside where the grown ups meet at the coffee break. If the weather is good enough they will go outside to play after a snack and story time.
Kathy & Lando Klassen are with the kids this weekend.
YESTERDAY
We continued with the story path of loving our enemies. Abigail was inspired by God to go and intercept a murderous David with generosity and hospitality and it worked! God so loved Nabal even though he was being foolish in his response. And God so loved David that he stopped him murdering. And God so loved Abigail who was the one who worked for peace in the situation.
OUR PEACE PATH
The next story on this peace path is Swords and Plows based on the prophecy in Isaiah 2:1-5.
A WAY TO PRAY - USE A MAP
Look at a map (there’s a world map attached)
Choose pairs of countries that are next to each other. Pray that they will live together peacefully. (There are obvious places at war right now but kids could choose any two as the prayer is good for everywhere)
