TUESDAY EVENING, 7:00-8:30PM, ZOOM
Book Study of Sarah Pickering's book, Leaving My Mark
Starting Jan 27, Contact Sarah Pickering

If you are learning to trust your voice, searching for hope, or simply wondering how to better appreciate the world around you, Leaving My Mark is a thoughtful guide. It’s a book for those who have something to say but aren’t sure how to say it—and for anyone ready to live with more presence, curiosity, and care.
Sarah has copies of the book that you can purchase from her for $25

WEDNESDAY MORNING, 11:00AM, ZOOM (Using the Sunday morning code)
CONTEMPLATIVE PRAYER, Contact Sarah Pickering

This is a drop in group and open to all. We will spend just 30 minutes in quiet prayer that may include praying in colour, centering prayer, listening prayer or other prayer modalities. This is a low commitment group, just come when you are able or have need of some peace and quiet and recentering on Godde in the middle of your week.

This group is hosted by Sarah Pickering or Eden Jersak (we will be switching off).

WEDNESDAY EVENING, 7:00-8:30PM, Fran & Pieter Vanderpol's home
STARTING FEB 4 - contact Fran Vanderpol

Living Book Study

We have so many experiences, training and gained wisdom among us. Let’s get together and mine that treasure. We are happy to host in our now more spacious condo in central Abbotsford and we can take turns sharing something we have learned or are curious about. I’m eager to learn from you, whether it’s your professional training and experience, lived experience, an interest, question, or commitment to a cause. If you’re open to attending, and potentially sharing, we can make this an adventurous way to get to know one another more deeply.

THURSDAY EVENING, 7:00-8:45PM, Ken & Cheryl's home
Starting Jan 22 - contact Ken Creech

Ken and Cheryl Creech and Lando and Kathy Klassen are going to lead a ten-week study exploring reconciliation with indigenous people through a book called Namwayut (we are all one). The author Chief Robert Joseph powerfully combines his personal story and his passion for reconciliation. After spending years at St. Michael's Residential School in Alert Bay, BC, he struggled with addiction and depression from the trauma. Eventually he turned his life around and found new life and purpose facilitating healing and reconciliation. Chief Joseph writes openly about his spiritual journey to accept God's infinite love and pursue a vision for reconciliation. He was involved in the Truth and Reconciliation Commission and has received the Order of Canada.

SATURDAY MORNING, 9:30AM - 10:30AM (PST) ZOOM
Contact Sarah Pickering

This is a supportive space to create. We gather for an hour and work on our own projects along side each other and chat as we create. Toward the end of the hour we do 'show and tell' to encourage each other in our making.
There's always room for one more at this table!
