YOUTH

Hey, hey. Welcome to our youth information page. If you are in grades 6-12, (or the parents of humans in this age range) this is the page you are looking for! The Bridge is an affirming and inclusive church - we extend the same exuberant welcome in our youth group.

Karina is a part of the pastoral team here at the Bridge, and she oversees youth, (as well as young adults and creative arts.) If you have any questions or want to meet up for a coffee, a walk, ice cream… please contact her!

Generally speaking, we hang out at Karina’s place on the first* and third Tuesday nights of the month from 6:30 - 8:30pm. We know calculating the dates can be tricky. That’s why we’ve created this lovely google calendar that you can subscribe to - the event description will give you the location info as well as an idea of the types of fun we are having that night.

This community values connection and authenticity. What does that even mean? Great question! We want to have fun together. We want to learn how to appreciate our quirks and differences. We want to make room for questions and curiosity. And mostly, we want to make room to connect with God through the connections with ourselves, others and creation.

There is no cost to attend - however, If you or your parents would like to volunteer to bring snacks for a Tuesday night you can let us know on the form below. Or maybe the adults in your life would like to make a tax deductible donation for snacks, prizes and other fun - that would be great too!

If you choose to attend a youth night, we would love it if you or your parents would fill out this contact form - once per academic year (Sept - June) is just fine. Up to four students from the same family can be included on one form.  Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page to submit the form or save a partial response and come back.

We will never share your info with a third party or other organization, but we will keep it handy in case of emergencies!

*we count the first week of the month as the first full week (starting on Sunday)
