Jesus is Good (GOODNESS)

Jesus is …

Our theme for the Fall is the list of things the Holy Spirit produces in us that is found in Galatians 5:22-23. We are taking one characteristic a week and thinking about how Jesus showed us that and how we can live it out loud as He shows us how. This is the last word and the last week of this series and the word is GOODNESS.

Jesus is GOOD.

Every story of Jesus shows his goodness. Talk about your favourite Jesus stories together. That’s what we’ll do this Sunday morning too.

THINK ABOUT IT
What is goodness? Is it the same as or different to not being naughty? Is it hard or easy to think of Jesus as good?

THE GRAND PLAN
Sign in as a family at the playground that you can see from the parking lot. Kids will get name stickers.

BridgeKIDS will spend the whole morning outside so dress appropriately for the weather - WARM LAYERS

There will be a story around a fire, craft activity, games, and a time for snack and reflection. Can you please send your kid with a hot drink in a flask that we can have at the story spot? It’ll help add a little cozy to the morning.

There are four spots open on the team at this point and I’d love for you to join us!

REGISTER YOUR KIDS
Please message Sarah if you are planning on being there this Sunday so we can make sure we have the appropriate number of team and all the bits and pieces we need. 604 615 9406

THE SELF-CONTROL CHALLENGE
To exercise self-control we sometimes need a little space. The challenge is to create a little space to be able to go and have a break or a breather. This is fort building time!
