YESTERDAY IN KIDS-LIVE!
Mycelium is the fungi network under the ground that connects the whole forest and helps all the plants and trees communicate, it’s like a ‘wood wide web’, much like the ‘world wide web’ does for our phones, computers and tablets. The big family of the followers of Jesus are connected in a big way too. The Spirit connects us all. We are all part of one big family. Who are you connected to?
THE CHALLENGE FOR THIS WEEK
Go on a fungi hunt - Start your hunt by looking in damp, dark places, maybe where there is rotting wood. Identify the different fungi using google image search or something else.
SELFIE SUNDAY - MAY 22
This Sunday is our first ever SELFIE SUNDAY. We won’t be gathering as a big group as it is a long weekend as we recognize lots of people go away or would appreciate the opportunity to get creative with how they use a Sunday morning. We’d love you to share a photo of yourselves (it’s not called SELFIE SUNDAY for nothing) to show us where you are and what you are doing.
If you meet up with other people you could share a big group photo.
