Tell the story
We are telling the story of using the church year as our guide. We are continuing with Jesus stories through the year running in parallel to the adults in their gathering. Read the story with your kids and you’ll set the stage for all of you ahead of Sunday.
Yesterday
We told the story of Jesus being baptized by John in the river and the Holy Spirit coming on him like a dove and we witnessed a voice from heaven tell him, “You are my Son and I love you. You bring me joy!” This was the blessing we prayed over all the children.
‘GOD WITH US’ Challenge

The ‘GOD WITH US’ challenge this week is to write the words “I bring God joy” and stick it up where you will see it every day. Take a photo of your smiling face with the words and send it to Sarah.
Let’s Pray
Jesus,
Thank You that You call each of us to follow You. Help us to live Your way by reminding us that You are with us every day. Amen
This coming Sunday
Jesus gathers friends to follow him, this is the story of a few of them and where he found them and what they did when he called them. Have a read together: John 1:43-51
